Owner Biography
Welcome to Mandy's Bake Shop! My name is Amanda Enlow, owner and operator. I am a recent graduate of the Hospitality program at Ivy Tech with a focus on baking and pastry. While I was a student I was selected to be Ambassador for the program, which gave me the opportunity to work with different Chef Instructors while engaging in various volunteer activities. I am also a member of the American Culinary Federation (ACF) Indy Chapter.
Baking has been a passion of mine since I was a young girl. It has always been rewarding to me to see the result of my hard work and attention to detail come alive in the final product. Each item is its own unique creation, a blend of art and science. It has always been my dream to operate my own bakery. My amazing husband Chris is a huge help in the kitchen and also my biggest supporter in the pursuit of my dream.
I look forward to providing delicious, made-from-scratch baked goods because your life deserves a little sweetness!
